Fever Dreams

In the spring of 2018, I got very sick with the flu. I spent a week in bed with a fever, with terrible fever dreams that would carry into being awake.

On the first day the fever broke, I picked up a part of the project I had struggled with, trying to get a point cloud running with a GLSL shader in OpenFrameworks with. the Kinect depth sensor. What had frustrated me for months was suddenly solvable in an hour.

This video is the first working demo, while I was still in bed. It looks like how the fever dreams felt.
